As a Mauve Employer of Record (EoR) worker, private healthcare insurance is a great way to protect yourself from unexpected medical expenses. As an EoR client, it is a great benefit to offer to your workers. In this article, we will walk you through the process of enrolling in a Mauve insurance scheme.

Step 1: If You are a Worker, Speak to Your End Client.

If your end client does not offer private healthcare insurance already as part of your remuneration package, speak to them to see if this is something that they are prepared to offer you. If they approve the request, then your end client will need to speak to the Mauve Benefits team to arrange the agreed level of coverage.

Step 2: Benefits Enrolment

After your coverage has been approved by the end client, the Mauve Benefits team will manage the enrolment process for you. This means that they will handle all the paperwork and ensure that you are enrolled in your chosen benefits. You may be required to provide some personal information, such as your social security number and contact information, so be sure to have this information ready.

Step 3: Active Enrolment

You will be contacted by the Mauve Benefits team once they have the required details and successfully enrolled your coverage to confirm that your policy is active. You will be provided with onboarding guides by email and you can obtain any active policy documents by accessing your Mauve Insight account and navigating to the Benefits section of the platform.

For more information on PHI, you can contact the Mauve Benefits team anytime by emailing [email protected].
