The Wellness Flexible Benefits Program at Mauve Group is designed to empower clients by providing them with a designated annual budget to spend on a variety of wellness services, entertainment, dining, and personal development options for EoR workers.

As flexible and remote working has become the norm, how do companies encourage workers to keep an active social life and promote human interaction?

Through the Mauve Flexible Wellness Programme, workers have the freedom to choose benefits that align with their interests and lifestyle, promoting a sense of ownership and autonomy over their well-being. The programme emphasises clear communication, support, and efficient reimbursement processes to ensure a seamless experience for participants.

  1. Allocation of Benefits: Worker will be allocated a specific annual amount to spend on eligible benefits of their choice, as agreed by client. The amounts will be prorated if necessary and valid for a calendar year. (allocation similar to holidays entitlement limited annually).

  2. Benefit Options: Eligible benefits chosen by client could include a wide range of options such as wellness services, entertainment, dining, and personal development (please see Policy for full list of available benefits)

  3. Record-Keeping: Workers expenditures and receipts must be recorded by the Benefits team and shared with the Payroll department on a monthly basis for reimbursement processing.

  4. Communication and Support: We provide clear communication and support to workers on how to submit reimbursement claims and utilise their allocated benefits effectively.
