At Mauve, we take security and the protection of personal data seriously. Therefore, when logging in to Mauve Insight, you may be prompted to enter a code sent to the registered email address of the account.
This additional verification may be requested when you are logging in from a different device, location, or if any suspicious login activity has been detected on your account.
To proceed to the platform, you will need to access your emails and enter the code that is emailed to you from the Mauve Insight platform. This will contain a six-digit numerical code that you will need to enter into the Mauve Insight platform.
If you have not received a code within the two-minute entry window, we recommend that you first check your junk or spam email settings and try again if the request has timed out.
