As a client, you can contact Mauve Group either by reaching our directly to your dedicated account contact by phone or email or by submitting a case through Mauve Insight.
You can find a ‘Support Ticket’ section located on the main navigation bar. By clicking on this, and then choosing ‘New Case’, you’ll be prompted to provide some details about your query. After filling in the necessary information, hit the ‘Submit’ button. Your message will then be dispatched to Mauve and attended to by the first available representative.
