How to Update Worker Information

As a user of our platform, you may need to update the information of your workers from time to time. This can easily be done through the Worker tab. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Step 1: Navigate to the Worker tab.

To begin, go to the homepage of the Mauve Insight platform. From there, click on the Workers button located on the left hand navigation bar.

Step 2: Select a Worker record to update.

On the Workers table, you will see a list of all the workers associated with your account. Select the worker record that you want to view and update by clicking on their name.

Step 4: Add Required Information to Personal Details or Assignment Tabs

Once you have selected the worker record, you will be taken to their initial profile pages.

Here, you can add or update any necessary information in the Personal Details, Emergency Contact or Banking/Finance tabs by clicking on the Edit button and making changes to the required fields.

To update specifics related to the worker's employment, select the Assignment tab from the main employee links - this contains information about their current assignment, such as start date, end date, and job location.

From here, you can edit specific information related to the start date, end date or other details related to remuneration, the assignment or invoicing.

Step 5: Upload Required Documents or Files

If there are any required documents or files that need to be uploaded for the worker, you can do so by clicking on the Assignment link and by selecting the Files tab.

Simply click on the 'Upload files' button and select the file from your computer.

Any uploaded documents will appear in the list of Uploaded files for confirmation that the file has been stored successfully.

Step 6: Save Your Changes

Before leaving the worker's profile page, make sure to click on the 'Save changes' button to save any changes you have made to their information. This will ensure that all the updated information is saved and reflected in their profile.
