How to View and Manage Timesheets for Your Workers

As a manager, it is important to keep track of the timesheets submitted by your workers. This helps ensure accurate payment and record-keeping. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to view and manage timesheets for your workers.

Step 1: Click on the Timesheets link.

On the left hand navigation bar, click Timesheets.

Step 2: Locate the worker in the table

Locate or use the selection fields to find the worker in question.

Step 3: Select the Worker You Want to View

Find the worker that you would like to view and scroll across to the right hand side of the table.

Step 4: Open a Timesheet Record

On the right-hand side of the Timesheets list, click on the Actions menu and select "View timesheet" to open a timesheet record.

Step 6: View Related Files

At the bottom of the timesheet record, you will see any files related to the timesheet. This can include receipts, invoices, or any other relevant documents.

Step 7: Approve or Reject a Timesheet

If a timesheet has been submitted by a worker, you have the option to approve or reject it. Simply click on the appropriate button to take action.

Step 8: Check the Status of a Timesheet

If a timesheet has already been approved or rejected, the status will be visible in green or red on both the timesheet list and individual record. This makes it easy to keep track of the status of each timesheet.

Approved

If a timesheet has been approved, the status will be displayed in green. This means that the timesheet has been accepted and the worker will be paid accordingly.

Rejected

If a timesheet has been rejected, the status will be displayed in red. This means that the timesheet has been denied and the worker will not be paid for the hours recorded.
