Viewing a Worker's Absence Summary
As a manager or supervisor, it is important to keep track of your workers' absences to ensure proper staffing and productivity. Our platform makes it easy for you to view and manage your workers' absences through their digital profiles. Follow the steps below to view a worker's absence summary.
Step 1: Open the Attendance link.
First, log in to your Mauve Insight account and select the Attendance drop down from the navigation bar. Select Absence Balances.
Step 3: Select the worker you want to view
Find the worker that you want to view and scroll to the right of the table.
Step 4: Select the three dot icon
Click the icon, then select view to open the summary.
Step 5: Click on Absence summary
This will provide you with an overview of the worker's leave year, total allowance, and other absence totals.
