Viewing a Worker's Absence Summary
As a manager or supervisor, it is important to keep track of your workers' absences to ensure proper staffing and productivity. Our platform makes it easy for you to view and manage your workers' absences through their digital profiles.
Follow the steps below to view a worker's absence summary.
Step 1: Log in to your Mauve Insight account and select the Workers link from the main navigation bar.
Step 2: Locate the required record from the table of workers and select the purple worker name link to open up the workers individual details.
Step 3: From the horizontal links at the top of the page, select Attendance.
From this page, you will be able to view the list overview of all absences and their associated approval or rejection status.
To view the graphical overview of absences, click on the Absence balances button. This will display the absence calendar and graphical overview of the workers individual absences.
