How to view your Absence Summary
As an employee, it is important to keep track of your annual leave and PTO (paid time off), to ensure you are taking the appropriate amount of time off and have a clear understanding of your remaining balance.
Our company's Attendance feature allows you to easily view your absence summary, providing you with all the necessary information in one place.
Step 1: Login to Mauve Insight using your credentials.
Step 2: From the left hand navigation bar, select the Attendance link.
Step 3: From this section, you will be able to view your absences and annual leave in the table and find out the status of absence request. You can also add new absences by clicking on the New absence button.
Step 4: To view the graphical absences overview, select the Absence balances button. This will provide you with a breakdown of your annual leave, and other absences for the leave year.
By regularly checking your absence summary, you can ensure that you are taking the appropriate amount of time off and have a clear understanding of your remaining balance. If you have any questions or concerns about your absence summary, please reach out to your HR representative for assistance.
