How to View Your Absence Summary

As an employee, it is important to keep track of your annual leave and PTO (paid time off) to ensure you are taking the appropriate amount of time off and have a clear understanding of your remaining balance. Our company's attendance feature allows you to easily view your absence summary, providing you with all the necessary information in one place.

Step 1: Accessing the Attendance Page

To view your absence summary, start by clicking on Attendance drop down link on the Mauve Insight navigation bar.

Step 2: Viewing Your Absence Requests

Click on the Absences sub link to view a list of all absences.

Step 3: Understanding Your Absence Summary

Click on the Absence Balances sub tab to see an overview of your absences.

The Absence summary page will provide you with an overview of your leave year, total allowance, and other absence totals. This includes the number of days you have taken, booked, and have remaining for each type of absence (e.g. vacation, sick leave, personal days).

By regularly checking your absence summary, you can ensure that you are taking the appropriate amount of time off and have a clear understanding of your remaining balance. If you have any questions or concerns about your absence summary, please reach out to your HR representative for assistance.
