Get Help via Mauve Insight
To get help via Mauve Insight, first login to the platform.
Step 1: Navigate to the Support Ticket link
This is available by selecting Support Ticket from the left hand navigation bar.
Step 2: Existing Tickets
These will be displayed in the table. If you have an ongoing ticket, you can find responses here.
Step 3: New Ticket
Click on the 'New case' link above the table. This will create a new ticket. Fill in the required details including your phone number, the issue that you are encountering and type a detailed description.
Step 4: Submit
Press the Submit button to send the help request to Mauve. You can typically expect a response within 48 hours.
