How to recover your password
If you are unable to login, follow these steps to recover your password:
Step 1: Go to the Mauve Insight homepage
You can access the homepage by opening the link insight.mauvegroup.com.
Step 2: Click the Forgot Password Link
This can be found below the password field. Click to continue the recovery process.
Step 3: Enter your email address
Enter your email address in to the box and then click on Send.
Step 4: Recovery email
Providing that the email address is found on the Mauve Insight system, a recovery email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to five minutes to receive the email. If you have not received a recovery link, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
Note: This link will expire within 48 hours of requesting it. If you have not completed the recovery process within this time then you will need to start the process again.
Step 5: Click the recovery URL
The password recovery email will contain a unique link. You will need to click on this to be directed to the Mauve website to enter a new password. Enter your new password in the Password and Confirm password fields before clicking Submit.
Step 6: New password set
Congratulations, your new password should now be ready to use. You can login with your new details by navigating to insight.mauvegroup.com.
Note: If you continue to have issues logging in to Mauve Insight, then please contact your Account Manager who will assist with the problem.
