Workers Compensation Insurance Fund

It is a scheme administered by the National Social Security Authority (NSSA) and is also known as the Accident Prevention Scheme. This fund is designed to provide compensation to employees who suffer work-related injuries or diseases.

ZIMDEF

Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund

It is a statutory fund established by the government with the purpose of financing the development of critical and highly skilled human capital in Zimbabwe.

NSSA

National Social Security Authority

Provides pension and other benefits to citizens of Zimbabwe. Employee Contribution pf 4.5% as of 2024.
