Your payslip is typically uploaded to your Mauve Insight account on the same day your salary is disbursed, or in some instances, a few days prior to the deposit of your salary into your account. If more than 3 business days have passed since your salary was paid and you have yet to receive your payslip, then please reach out to your Mauve contact for help.

Please note that in certain countries, the tax authority is required to sign off a payslip by signing or stamping before they can be issued. This applies to certain countries in Latin America.
